REGISTRATION COUNTER CLOSED BY 9:15AM, ANY LATE COMER WILL NOT BE GIVEN CPD POINTS BUT YOU MAY JOIN THE SEMINAR
NO SHOW AFTER 10AM WILL BE SUBJECTED TO NON-ATTENDANCE FEE. 
Participants must sign multiple times to verify their presence.
Failure to complete all required signings will result in CPD points not being credited to your account.
Eight (8) LAM CPD points have been approved for this event.

A non-attendance fee of RM 1,600.00 will apply if you fail to attend or fail to sign in/out as required.
If you are unwell or have an emergency on the day of the event, please provide a medical certificate or reply to our email to inform us.
