THE SPEAKERS :

Mr William Lim, graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. He has more than 16 years of solid experience in the building and construction industry, covering the design of metal roofing solutions, on site project technical support and providing engineering consultation to architects, engineering consultants, and quantity surveyors.

Throughout his 16 years of career in the Malaysia building & construction industry, he has been directly involved in the design and optimisation of the steel roofing & structures for many projects in Malaysia, such as VanaVasa Resort, Lalaport BBCC KL, Waste Transfer Station in Penang, Kedah Digital Library, Dexion Smart Hub, Citylink Express Interchange Hub, Ramli Food Manufacturing, Kawan Food Manufacturing and Gamuda Residential Development.

Mr Ng Cheah Haur, graduated from the University of Malaya in 2005 with the Degree of Civil Engineering and obtained the Master of Science in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore in 2010. He has 20 years of solid experience in the building and construction industry, covering civil and structural engineering design, project management, product development, and testing. He vast exposure in metal roofing industry allowed him has great knowledge about technical solution, metal roofing built-up system requirement and design requirement. He also a frequent speaker for CPD-accredited seminars & webinars with professional bodies regarding coated steel, roofing solutions and steel application.

 

Mr Aaron Leong Choon Hoong B.Sc. (Hons) Architecture (UTAR); M. Landscape Architecture; M. Arch (USM). Aaron graduated from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in the year 2014. He joined HDA after graduation as Architectural Assistant. He participated and assists in various projects spanning from residential, commercial to industry. In the year 2015, he pursues his Masters in Universiti Sains Malaysia on Master of Landscape Architecture and graduated in the year 2017. Upon completion, he then further his studies in Master of Architecture in Universiti Sains Malaysia and graduated in the year 2019. In between studies, he involved greatly in landscape projects for private dwellings, commercial complex and factories as well. After graduation, he joined HDA again as project architect. He manages projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Skilled in collaboration and communication, with a focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
