Ar. Gerald Chin
With over 18 years of professional practice, Ar.Gerald Chin is a chartered professional architect registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia, Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia, Royal Institute Of Australian Architects & Royal Institute Of British Architects. He currently manages his professional practice and now leads the design, research & development, planning of the overall product procurement and business direction in Slimhaus Technology Sdn. Bhd. It is his undying passion in bringing premium quality housing available to the masses minus the premium price tag that has finally brought IBS to fruition. Mr. Kua Soo Leong is a builder registered with CIDB Malaysia with over 25 years of expertise and has successfully completed commercial and housing projects worth over Myr50 Million to-date. His vast experience in traditional construction methods over the years have exposed him to many pitfalls and industry weaknesses that require long overdue remedies. His highly regarded expertise in efficiently managing the overall procurement of construction as well as his open-minded progressive approach towards it has greatly helped bring the final finishing piece to the IBS puzzle. Our company is both a user and a provider of our own IBS technology and this gives us an edge in terms of on-going research & development for rapid technological advancement in years to come. We create IBS technology that will be used in our own developments (holding company) as well as provide the same technology for employment in private developments.
