Synopsis

With the coming into effect of the new Housing Development Act 2012, Strata Management Act 2013 and Strata Titles (Amendment) Act 2013 on 1st June 2013 with their Regulations on 1st July 2015, stratified development is now a challenging task for all stakeholders especially developers, land surveyors, architects, planners, approving authorities. The speaker will discuss some of the challenges faced by stakeholders under these new strata legal provisions leading to issuance of strata titles with vacant possession.
 
The talk will be covering their research in: 
- challenges in delivery at stages
- designing project with sub MC in mind
- dscuss on Phase development
- future reform and many more.

Ar Adrianta Aziz
Architect, PAM Council 2017-2018, Bear & LAP Facilitator, PSMB Certified Trainer,Arrad Architects, ARN Consulting
Ar Adrianta graduate from Oxford Brookes, UK in 1999. Upon returning, he has done various type of projects for Parbadanan Putra Jaya, Permodalan nasional Berhad, PKNS Felcra, Cyberview and many more.
He was the PAM Committee chairman for DLS/CPD for the year 2016-2018 and actively giving public talks in various 
events for organization such as JKR, Developers , school & universities and other public functions.
 
Ar. Ahmad Ridha Abdul Razak
Architect, PAM Council 2017-2018, Bear & LAP Facilitator, PSMB Certified Trainer, AbRAZ Arkitek , ARN Consulting , Seetizens Lab Sdn Bhd.
Ar. Ridha is a partner in a 30 years establishment of AbRAZ Arkitek & Training Company ARN consulting. He is an active  member of PAM, LAM, MIID, IFE, MIARB, MGBC, MIP and has involved in Focus Group Delivery of Construction Permit (FGDCP) dealing with OSC 3.0 and issues related to Strata Titles Act to the industry since 2014. Currently, he is actively giving talks and seminar  at various platform on the subject of Strata challenges in Delivery Construction Permit. He was also the co writer for the strata management Rehda handbook launch in 2018.
